Dr Oz: Dove Shea Butter Cream Oil Body Wash Review
Shockingly, the first aging item in your house is something you use every day: the loofah in your shower. Plastic Loofahs especially can irritate the skin, causing inflammation and breaking down needed Collagen. That is making you age faster, which is not a good thing.
Instead of a plastic Loofah, try a regular washcloth. They also recommended using Dove’s Shea Butter Cream Oil Body Wash at least once per week.

Dr Oz: Vasseur Skin Anti-Wrinkle Beauty Pillow
Are you sleeping wrong at night? The way your head rests on the pillow could be prematurely aging you, according to Dr. Tanzi. She said that we age faster on whatever side of our faces we sleep on. I guess this means I am aging fastest on the front of my face.
Dr Tanzi said that clients tend to get more Botox or filler procedures done on the side of the face that they sleep on.
One way to avoid wrinkles caused by Sleeping is by trying to sleep on your back. Another trick is swapping your cotton pillowcase for satin instead. Also, you can wedge pillows next to either side of your head, as another way to focus on back sleeping.
They also suggested trying the Vasseur Skin Anti-Wrinkle Beauty Pillow to encourage sleeping on your back.
Dr Oz: Seventh Generation Soaps Review
Your antibacterial soaps can be aging your hands, if they contain alcohol. These are designed to cause an antibiotic resistance that Dr Oz calls unnecessary. Dr Tazini said our hands can be one of the first body parts to show signs of aging.
You should try using rubber gloves when you’re doing the dishes or working with water for extended time periods. Another solution is trying Seventh Generation soaps, which are less caustic to the hands.
