Dr Oz: Foods For Your Body Type

Dr. Oz will share what specific foods you should be eating, that work best for your body type. Whether you’re a little bigger on bottom like the typical “pear shape” body type, or a little wider on top like the “apple shape” body, Dr. Oz will give his tips and tricks to eating foods that will help get your body in tip-top shape. By eating the right foods for your body type, you can boost your metabolism and “whittle your waist.”

My body type was always described as a “ruler” or “athletic” body type, which really just means I have no curves. Funny how we feel the need to categorize everything, right? But when you realize one of the possible reasons for doing so is because certain body types need certain things, it makes a little more sense. Healthy eating is always the way to go, but there are certain foods you may benefit from more than others. Be sure to tune in to Dr. Oz on October 2 to find out what foods you should be adding to your diet.

Dr Oz: 5-Minute Quick Fix Stress Reliever

Dr. Oz will also share his quick fix for helping you relieve built-up stress in just five minutes. Sounds impossible right? Not for Dr. Oz! Whether it’s a breathing technique or a five-minute yoga routine, Dr. Oz knows exactly how to help your body find the relaxation it needs.

We all have stressors in our lives, there’s no denying that. We can’t help a lot of the stressors in our lives, but we can help how we handle that stress. We’re all about quick fixes in this country so a quick fix for stress sounds like exactly what we need!
