    my husband has a good way to fall asleep without orange glasses. we had a power shortage about 6 months ago which left our clock blinking. he counts his breathing, in and out starting at number one then so on while facing the clock. then starts at one again when he forgets what count he’s at. plus he calls it a dream machine because now he dreams all night too and vividly. he says when he does awake during the night he always faces the clock. the light that blinks is red. i’ve reset the clock many times just to find that he had pulled the plug so it would start blinking again. can this be true or is he nuts?
