The alternate health guru, Dr. Andrew Weil, is back on Dr. Oz to talk about staying healthy the natural way. Andrew Weil, the founder of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, stop by Dr. Oz October 12 2012 to discuss his new book, True Food: Seasonal, Sustainable, Simple, Pure.

The book aims to teach readers how easy it can be to eat well at home. Some of the recipes in the book include Corn and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli and Vegetables with Parmesan Broth, a Spicy Shrimp and Asian Noodle dish, Bison Umami Burgers, Chocolate Icebox Tar and even a  Pomegranate Martini recipe, among nearly 125 more.

Dr. Andrew Weil also discusses his new anti-inflammatory diet that will the body feeling better, faster than it has ever before. Dr. Weil claims the diet can prevent cancer, heart disease and even Alzheimer’s Disease. He will let viewers know what the primary mistakes many people are making when they eat, as well as the five key ingredients to healthy eating.

Dr. Weil will also reveal the recipe he swears by. I wonder what it could be? He said it is full of antioxidants, so it must be healthy. But I have to mention it did not look to appealing in the commercial. I hope it tastes better than what it looks like.

Dr. Oz will also reveal seven solutions for pain that will make the pain disappear in only seven days. Dr. Oz October 12 2012 sounds like an great, informative show.
