The book aims to teach readers how easy it can be to eat well at home. Dr. Weil will also reveal the recipe he swears by. I wonder what it could be? He said it is full of antioxidants, so it must be healthy. But I have to mention it did not look to appealing in the commercial. I hope it tastes better than what it looks like.
