  • 1 1/2 cups Tart Cherry Juice
  • 3/4 cup Kiwi
  • 3/4 cup Watermelon
  • Ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Drink about four hours before bed.

Dr Oz: Kefir Milk To Stay Asleep
