Dr. Oz: Tiffany Rothe Workouts
Dr. Oz invited Tiffany Rothe onto the show to help him get a little workout. And he called the right person. Tiffany Rothe has nearly 25 million views on her YouTube page and Dr. Oz said she has been transforming bodies all over the world.
Two years ago, Tiffany said, she moved away from her friends and family and wanted to make her workouts available to them and other people. And after a few months, Tiffany Rothe workouts caught on.
Rothe said many people like her Tiffany Rothe workouts because they are short, effective and can make a women feel sexy and strong. Although she is pregnant, she said she is still going to keep working out and even worked out with Dr. Oz.
Dr. Oz and Tiffany Rothe Fitness Moves
Rothe showed some of her exercise moves to Dr. Oz and he caught on pretty quick. All the exercises are as follows:
Booty shake and the figure 8: Put your arms out so the triceps are engaged. Next, bend knees and make a figure 8 with your hips. Rothe said to put the lower back into it and pretend there is an 8 on the ground to help you move your hips better.
Run and twist: Put one leg forawd and then put the same leg back behind you 4 times. Now pretend to grab a towel and pretend you are cleaning your booty, as Rothe said.

The third involves spreading feet apart, step back heel off the floor, stick your arm out and drop down to one knee and come back up.
The fourth move involved pretending to be in the boat. Next. squat down and grab pretend oars. Now pretend you are rowing. Keep squatting down and pulling the oar back. Rothe said to make sure to feel your back streching.
Dr. Oz had the whole audience shaking around and exercising. Rothe was very engaging and very loud and she loved talking about her booty. Some of the audience looked pretty uncorrdinated though, but I shouldn’t be saying anything. At least they were trying.

After Dr. Oz made the audience tired from all the exercising he gave them a special treat. A remix of some of the grossest, funniest and strangest moments he has on the show so far. Some of the highlights for me being the nosebleeds, telling a woman about the relativly fresh organs and explaining how vomit works. Yum.
