Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Pepper
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seed

Directions

  1. Cut Cauliflower into piece the size of popcorn.
  2. Add Pepper, Yeast, and Hemp Seeds.
  3. Let the mixture dehydrate overnight.
  4. Portion into serving size baggies for a quick snack when you need it.

To Go Green Tea Energy Fusion Packets

Dr Oz reminded everyone that soda and sugary drinks aren’t the answer when you’re looking to fuel your body. He suggested To Go Green Tea Energy Fusion Packets to boost the metabolism and give you a shot of energy.
