Dr Oz: How To Get Your Fat To Eat Itself

Dr Oz: MUFAs To Let Go of Fat
Doctor Oz said that eating low fat foods is probably not the right answer to busting through your old fat. Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) are fats that do not come from animals, which are more healthy for you. Here are some examples and serving sizes:

- Olives (10)
- Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
- Coconut Oil (2 tbsp)
- Tree Nuts (2 tbsp)
- Nut Butters (2 tbsp)
- Cocoa (1/4 cup)
- Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup)
Healthy fats make subtle differences in the body that can help to chip away at our internal fat and reduce body inflammation. MUFAs can also regulate blood sugar in our bodies.
Dr Oz used a larger-than-life game of Hungry Hungry Hippos to illustrate his point, and he suggested that 50% of your daily calories from fat should come from MUFAs. Don’t limit these good fats. Instead, add a MUFA to each of your meals.
Dr Oz: What Are PUFAs?
You can spread your MUFAs throughout your day, because there are plenty that you can add to any of your favorite meals. Dr Oz also introduced a new category he has not shared with his audience before. Have you heard of PUFAs? These are Polyunsaturated Fats, and these are all good for you as well.
- Oily Fish (3 oz Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines)
- Seaweed Snacks
- Pine Nuts (1 shot glass)
- Sunflower Seeds (1 oz)
- Sunflower Oil (2 tbsp)
Dr Oz said you should eat two servings per day of these PUFAs. You can eat these in combination with MUFAs, and PUFAs will help to relax your fat so that it lets go and burns off more readily.
Dr Oz: FBCx Dosage Recommendation
Fat-eating fiber comes in a new form known as Alpha Cyclodextrin, but you can call it FBCx. This can eliminate nine times its weight in your body, binding to fat and eliminating up to 500 fat calories per day.
Dr Oz said you should take this supplement with meals, and keep it handy when you know you are cheating on your diet. Take a 2 gram FBCx dosage each time you need it.
