Dr Oz PUFAs: Polyunsaturated Fats + FBCx Dosage for 9x Fat Loss

Dr Oz: How To Get Your Fat To Eat Itself

Revolutionize your health by getting your body to eat its own stored fat. Dr Oz said that eating the right fats has been scientifically proven to do the trick. Learn about a new category of healthy fats called PUFAs and how you can eat more fat to slim down.

Tonya said she has struggled with extra weight for 14 years. When you are hitting the beach, it’s harder to hide the excess fat. Dr Oz said that this is probably Historical Fat, which tends to stick around for a surprisingly long time.

Dr Oz: MUFAs To Let Go of Fat

Doctor Oz said that eating low fat foods is probably not the right answer to busting through your old fat. Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) are fats that do not come from animals, which are more healthy for you. Here are some examples and serving sizes:

  • Avocado (1/4)
  • Olives (10)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Coconut Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Tree Nuts (2 tbsp)
  • Nut Butters (2 tbsp)
  • Cocoa (1/4 cup)
  • Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup)

Healthy fats make subtle differences in the body that can help to chip away at our internal fat and reduce body inflammation. MUFAs can also regulate blood sugar in our bodies.

Dr Oz PUFAs: Polyunsaturated Fats + FBCx Dosage for 9x Fat Loss

Want to shed that excess weight that’s always following you around? Dr Oz suggested getting more PUFAs in your diet and taking a binding FBCx supplement.

Dr Oz used a larger-than-life game of Hungry Hungry Hippos to illustrate his point, and he suggested that 50% of your daily calories from fat should come from MUFAs. Don’t limit these good fats. Instead, add a MUFA to each of your meals.

Dr Oz: What Are PUFAs?

You can spread your MUFAs throughout your day, because there are plenty that you can add to any of your favorite meals. Dr Oz also introduced a new category he has not shared with his audience before. Have you heard of PUFAs? These are Polyunsaturated Fats, and these are all good for you as well.

  • Oily Fish (3 oz Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines)
  • Seaweed Snacks
  • Pine Nuts (1 shot glass)
  • Sunflower Seeds (1 oz)
  • Sunflower Oil (2 tbsp)

Dr Oz said you should eat two servings per day of these PUFAs. You can eat these in combination with MUFAs, and PUFAs will help to relax your fat so that it lets go and burns off more readily.

Dr Oz: FBCx Dosage Recommendation

Fat-eating fiber comes in a new form known as Alpha Cyclodextrin, but you can call it FBCx. This can eliminate nine times its weight in your body, binding to fat and eliminating up to 500 fat calories per day.

Dr Oz said you should take this supplement with meals, and keep it handy when you know you are cheating on your diet. Take a 2 gram FBCx dosage each time you need it.

Sumo wrestler Alex Vega, about 400 pounds, helped Dr Oz show how something small could move something large. A 50-pound girl was tasked with wrestling him, but Dr Oz gave her superpowers, which he said worked like FBCx to bind nine times the weight. Do you think this sounds too good to be true?

  • Hi Pat,

I wanted to clarify that, at this time, Calorease is the only patented FBCx (alpha-cyclodextrin) product in the U.S. I sent you an e-mail about this, but wanted to share it in a comment as well!

Calorease is the dietary supplement made from super fiber, FBCx, that has been shown to bind to the fat in foods and reduce up to 500 calories a day. It can help you maintain a healthy weight without the restrictions of a low fat diet, or adding on to your exercise program.

Learn more about the product and the research behind it by visiting http://www.fbcx.com and http://www.calorease.com/.

    Best,

    Julia
