Hi Corey, missed the show but after reading everything about the different types, I know I am type C doesnt really show what foods I should be eating to help me out, can you help?

Dr. Oz did not specify too much on what a type C person could eat. The best I can answer is reiterating what Dr. Oz said. Eat 33 percent carbohydrates, 33 percent protein and 33 percent fat. So a good meal might consist of a an equal amount of bread, a lean fish and any type of food with goods fat in it.
