  • 1 cup Papaya
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • ½ Pear
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Ice

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth.

You can also use acupressure to get your belly plan going. Stand with feet spread apart and rub your hands together until they’re warmed up. Then rub your belly, in a clockwise motion. Do this as you take 40 deep breaths.
