One of the first keys to the plan is this breakfast smoothie, which is loaded with fiber to fight constipation, and enzymes to help prevent bloating and aid digestion.


  • 1 cup Papaya
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • ½ Pear
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Ice


  1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
  2. For added nutritional benefits, drink this through a probiotic straw.

Dr Oz: Tonalin CLA Supplements

You can also use acupressure to get your belly plan going. Stand with feet spread apart and rub your hands together until they’re warmed up. Then rub your belly, in a clockwise motion. Do this as you take 40 deep breaths.
