Dr Oz said that you can quickly assess the nutrient content of any fresh food by how colorful it is. Many fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables have cancer fighting properties, and here are a few red foods you can incorporate to fight Pancreatic Cancer and Ovarian Cancer.

Dr Oz Cancer Fighter Foods: Apricots Quercetin

Some orange foods that Dr Oz recommended are all loaded with fiber, which is important in preventing some forms of cancer. Many of them also contain beta carotene, according to Dr Robynne Chutkan. Apricots contain quercetin, a key antioxidant. Here are some other orange foods to eat at least twice weekly.

    Great info here. It seems like every week a new study comes out telling us how important green veggies are. Now if only the government would treat green food farmers as good as they do meat and corn farmers.
