Calories: tiny creatures that live in your closet and sew your clothes a little bit tighter each night. Sounds like a pretty accurate definition, right? If only! Fortunately, Dr Oz was thrilled to reveal his calorie blue print, made especially for your body. He’ll finally be able to answer the one question he’s asked the most: how many calories should you eat a day to lose weight?

According to Dr Oz, we each have a calorie type and once you figure out which type you have, you can get on track to more effective weight loss. To help, he brought in an expert who knows the ins and outs of extreme weight loss: Chris Powell.
