Dr Oz invited another audience volunteer to show off Pineapple Cleanser. Just slice the top from a fresh Pineapple and rub the flesh portion over your face. The acid is an astringent, and you just rinse it off when you’re done.

Dr Oz: Yoga

Gwen Lawrence shared her favorite yoga move, which increases circulation, pumping more blood and oxygen to the head while tightening and toning your core.

Put your hands together, bringing your thumbs close to your nose. Take a deep breath through your mouth. Then lower your head, holding the breath in your cheeks. Practice this for two minutes daily.
