No one likes to talk about embarrassing dandruff, but you can get rid of it for good with natural remedies like Dr Oz’s Coconut Oil Dandruff Moisturizer.

Tracy admitted that she has had dandruff, and it can be worse in winter weather. She also checked Dr Oz for any signs, but she found nothing. However, 2/3 of people are going to experience Dandruff in their lives.

African Americans and Caucasians are more likely to develop Dandruff than other ethnicities. When oil glands secrete too much material, they can irritate the skin, causing flakes to come off on your clothes, like a snowstorm coming from your head.

Hair protrudes from the scalp, and it can cause Dandruff whether it is too oily or too dry. Combing your hair can shake loose the white flakes of skin that can get on your comb and of course on your clothes.

Dr Oz: Psoriasis Vs Eczema

Some types of Dandruff can indicate other health problems, such as Psoriasis, another skin condition. This would present with thick crusty or red lesions and symptoms such as flaking, burning, dry scalp, and itching.

Eczema, another type of skin problem, is not quite as inflamed and itchy as Psoriasis. Both of these can cause or be related to Dandruff.

Most people probably choose over the counter dandruff shampoos. But Dr Oz shared two natural solutions for treating Dandruff.

  • Combine 1/4 cup water with 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar in a spray bottle.
  • Shampoo your hair.
  • Apply the mixture to the scalp for 15 minutes, twice per week.

This treatment is very effective in most cases.
