Dr Oz Shower Solutions
Dr Oz also offered a few quick tips for your shower routine.
- Flick and blow on your razor before each use. This will dislodge dirt and standing water, preventing blade erosion.
- Wash your face last. This helps to avoid residue from other shower products from causing a breakout.
- Use lukewarm water. Hot showers leave skin dry and itchy, while melting off skin and natural oils. Cool water preserves moisture. Dr Oz also suggested limiting your shower time to about 10 minutes.
