Dr Oz: Energy Boosters
Dr. Oz said he has been receiving every kind of complaint about people being tired and wanting more energy.
Dr. Oz viewers have been sending him messages on Facebook, tweeting at him about being exhausted, leaving comments on the website about lack of energy and I would not be surprised him he received a couple old fashioned letters in the mail. The consensus; America is tired and it is tried of it.
Dr Oz: Exhaustion Leads to Irritability
Dr. Oz talked to Julie about why she is so tired all the time. Julie said she is a full-time mom with a full-time job. She said she gets up every single day at 6 a.m. to get her children ready for school, with breakfasts in their bellies and lunch packed in their backpacks, not to mention getting the children to school.
Julie said by the time she is heading to work at 8 a.m. she is so tired she becomes irritable. Julie said she gets road rage while driving to work, gets upset with her children when they come and even yells at her husband right when he walks in the door.
Dr Oz: Anxiety Drains Energy
Anne told Dr. Oz she is always tired and anxious. She said she wakes up every morning already drained of her energy. Anne said she needs to be awake and alert to take care of her ten month old baby and her two year old daughter. Anne said she tried to drink coffee to get energized but it does not work.
Dr Oz: Can Hormones Make You Tired?
Kathy said she is an empty nester and has no reason to be tired, but she always is. Kathy said when she had children she didn’t have time to be tired, but no if she takes a nap in the middle of the day, she will sleep until the next morning. Kathy has even tried to start exercising more and cut fatty foods out of her diet, but she thinks it is her hormones that are making her tired.
Dr Oz: The Top Reason You’re Exhausted
Dr. Oz said all the things the women believed are making them tired, the hectic mornings, the anxiety and the hormones will make anyone tired and drain their energy. Dr. Oz said trying to have less hectic mornings and being less anxious can make a difference, but there is one more things everyone can do to make themselves more energized.
