Dr Oz: 3-Day Energy Boosting Jump Start Cleanse

Breakfast – Dr. Junger said the prebiotic shake, below, is filled with things that feed your good bacteria He suggested drinking the shake and then taking a probiotic supplement.

Dr. Oz and Dr. Alejandro Junger went over his 3-Day Energy Boosting Jump Start Cleanse, shared his prebiotic shake recipe and the guidelines to follow.

Dr Oz Prebiotic Shake Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Dr Oz Prebiotic Shake Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed.

Berberine Supplement Allows Nutrients Into the Gut

Dr. Junger said bad bacteria organize themselves by creating preventive barriers for nutrients trying to get into the gut. This can cause problems very quickly for your health while diminishing your energy. Dr. Junger said the best way to combat the bacteria is by taking a supplement that breaks down the barrier.
