Dr Oz used a Water Mill demonstration to explain how the body is supposed to convert Magnesium into energy. But if you are not getting enough from your diet, you will not be able to operate as healthfully and energetically as you want.

  • Beans: Edamame or Lentils
  • Grains: Brown Rice or Wheat Brain
  • Nuts: Almonds or Brazil Nuts
