Dr Oz: Easy Hack To lean Your Grapes

How many of you are guilty of munching on grapes right there in the store before you even take them home to wash them? I’m certainly guilty and even allow my son to snack on them as we shop for other groceries, but have you ever noticed the sticky film that shows up on grapes? Not surprisingly, tons of tutorials have popped up on the internet to help people get rid of that film and one in particular caught Dr Oz’s eye. Surprisingly, all you need is cornstarch and water. Oh, and your grapes of course!

Dr Oz made it clear this remedy won’t get rid of any germs that may be lurking around, but it will take care of that annoying residue. First, put your grapes in a bowl filled with water. There should be just enough water to cover the grapes. Then add a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix them. Let the grapes bathe in the mixture while you “massage” them a bit. Then drain the water and rinse the grapes. They’re then ready to eat! If you don’t have any cornstarch, baking soda works just as well.
