Dr Oz: Handling Grief Theresa Caputo Reads Grieving Wife & Mother

Dr Oz: The Right Way To Grieve

Dr Oz was joined by Theresa CaputoThe Long Island Medium, after she spent some time talking about about her time spent with celebrities like Rosie O’Donnell and Jim O’Heir. Theresa has spent the last ten years of her life talking to people who are grieving, so it makes sense that she decided to write a book about grief titled “Good Grief: Heal Your Soul, Honor Your Loved Ones, and Learn to Live Again.”

Theresa explained that she decided to write the book because people think about grief in a negative way, but the one thing she’s learned from spirits is that we need to grieve in a positive way. Plus, everyone grieves differently. That’s the most valuable lesson she’s learned from spirit. “There is no right or wrong way to grieve and as long as you’re honoring yourself and not hurting anyone.”
