After sharing some tips for de-cluttering your kitchen to relieve stress, Dr Oz continued with his challenge to get rid of 40 things in 40 days. Next up: the bathroom. Tia explained that the bathroom is where you start your day and how it looks is a good example of how you feel. If the bathroom is messy and cluttered, you’re starting your day without a clear head. Not to mention, you’re starting your day on a hectic note because you’re fumbling around digging through clutter. Jeffrey agreed that if there’s no room for you to take care of you in your own bathroom, then there’s no room for you to give yourself the confidence you need to go out and tackle the day.
