Yoga is a great way to remain flexible all over, especially in the back. The Superman Stretch requires you to lay down on your stomach. Then raise your legs and arms, holding them in place for five seconds. Relax; then repeat. This will stretch and relax your back muscles, relieving inflammation and pain.
