Dr Oz: Food Dumping Guidelines
Dr. Alejandro Junger said sometimes eating healthy foods together can cause them to be unhealthy for you. He called the mixing of all foods together “food dumping,” adding that nature did not intend for all types of foods to be eaten together, regardless of how healthy or unhealthy they are.

Rule #1 – Pair veggies with grains, beans or animal protein. Do not combine animal protein, beans and grains in the same meal because they will compete with each other for important digestive enzymes, thus slowing down your digestion and causing problems in your gut.
Rule #2 – Take a multi-enzyme supplement before every meal because more enzymes means there is less workload to be handled when the food is being digested.
Rule #3 – Avoid gluten, dairy, processed sugar, caffeine and alcohol
