Dr Oz's 28 Day plan for Heart Disease included Beet Juice, Black Currant Juice, and Sriracha hot sauce.

For week one of his 28 Day Plan, Dr Oz wanted to focus on eating with your heart in mind. Look for Sriracha Sauce, which will really get your metabolism fired up. If you have a taste for spicy foods, you will love this one.

You can also add Kidney Beans, which are rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids that Dr Oz is always recommended. He suggested Sweet Potatoes as well, which are loaded with antioxidants.

Beet Juice & Black Currant Juice

In week two, Dr Oz suggested focusing on drinking for your heart. He suggested Black Currant Juice as a great option. You can also find Beet Juice. Just one glass per day has been proven to lower your blood pressure.

A woman from the audience tried Beet Juice and concluded that it tasted like beets. Dr Oz said if the taste bothers you, you can dilute it with water.
